Delivery & Payment
All of our furniture is handmade to order in the UK. Every piece is built from solid pine or oak, painted in any Farrow & Ball colour at no extra cost, and delivered nationwide by our specialist courier.
Typical lead time is 8–16 weeks from order to delivery, reflecting the time it takes to build each piece by hand. Lead times can fluctuate throughout the year — we’ll confirm a realistic date as soon as you enquire.
Delivery
Nationwide delivery is available on all of our furniture.
Delivery to mainland England (except Cornwall, Devon & north of Leeds) is £100.
Delivery fee is paid to the driver on delivery.
Delivery is provided by SJ Logistics.

Delivery is a one-man service. The driver will need assistance to bring large items into your home. Please request a quote for a two-man delivery if required.
Please make us aware of any holidays or dates when you are unavailable to accept delivery.
Ground floor delivery only.
You must ensure you’ve measured your access when buying any of our units and are satisfied that it will fit into your home.
A surcharge of £25 applies to delivery of units 8ft and over in length.
The courier doesn’t do any installation work. Our furniture is freestanding and doesn’t require installation unless it’s a bespoke design.
The courier allocates thirty minutes at your property to bring the furniture into your home. Additional charges may apply if more time is needed.
International deliveries are available on a quotation basis only.
Payment
We accept payment by bank transfer or cash on delivery / receipt of goods.
